Leadership Kearney participants have the opportunity to explore what's happening in Kearney and meet with community leaders. Making connections with Kearney's business, health care, education, non-profit organizations, and government industries. Youth Leadership Kearney participants are the next generation of leaders in Kearney. With our youth program they get to explore Kearney, develop their leadership skills, and learn about different career paths, preparing them for life beyond high school. Our youth programming has been refresh to allow the maximum growth of our students. We want to continue helping our Alumni stay involved and connected after graduation and are looking to bring many new exciting opportunities to our alumni.
